how do i make the txt file for chaos edit match sprites in vswap?

As per title

I am looking to add new weapons, enemies and blast power like plasma fire or laser rifle

list.txt:
Objnum in the code --> Object Name to display

its' like I add a new sprite like a new enemy at the end of a vswap and add new weapon pickups and their ingame sprites so that I can then place them on maps.

its' like I add a new sprite like a new enemy at the end of a vswap and add new weapon pickups and their ingame sprites so that I can then place them on maps.
Well you can insert the art directly to the end of the VSWAP in ChaosEdit
Then you need to code the item with a proper ObjNum and for it to refer to VSWAP SpriteNums of the inserted sprites.

After you have an ObjNum - you can edit symbols file of ChaosEdit (for appropriate file ending .sod or .mymod or whatever) for the map editor to display a symbol you can use in 2D map editor.
In list.txt you can give proper display name for an objnum.
To display proper sprite in map editor you might need to edit sprinfo.txt
